RETURNS

Quality is paramount at Invincible Toys, and we go to great lengths to ensure the excellence of our action figures and collectibles. However, we understand that occasional discrepancies may arise in products or orders. That's why we're dedicated to resolving any issues promptly and in compliance with our return policy guidelines.

RETURN POLICIES

Upon delivery by the carrier, you have 10 days to initiate a return for your order. Please be advised that any requests made after this specified timeframe will not be accepted.

OPENED AND UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Within the 10-day period, you may return unopened items, provided they remain in the same condition as when they were delivered. It's important that the packaging shows no signs of tampering, such as disturbed glue or tape. In the event of tampering, a refund may not be processed, and the sender will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if they opt for the return of the item.  
Any product that has been opened is not eligible for a return unless a product defect is determined. All factory sealed cases that are ordered and opened are no longer eligible for a return.  

 

DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE

In the event of significant damage to your item during transit, please inform us promptly so that we may file a claim with the shipping provider. While Invincible Toys typically designs products for play or display, exceptions exist for limited edition items where packaging holds collector value. Determination of damaged item returns approval lies with Invincible Toys. Minor packaging flaws that don't impact the product's condition will not qualify for return. Should your approved return item be out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Items removed from packaging and subsequently found to be damaged or defective may be eligible for return or replacement within 10 days, provided they adhere to the specified guidelines outlined below. Invincible Toys reserves the right to assess whether the damage or defect is due to user error or a manufacturing flaw. If the item meets return criteria, Invincible Toys may request photographic evidence and a written explanation to accompany the return request for damaged items. In cases where a particular component is determined to be affected by a production defect, a direct replacement for that specific part may be arranged, rather than replacing the entire product.

Please note that minor paint issues on an item will not qualify for a return or replacement.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

All return requests must be approved by a representative.  If your return is not approved and your item is sent back to Invincible Toys, the return will not be processed. The sender will be responsible for shipping and handling if they opt to have the item resent.   Upon the approval of your return request, unless otherwise indicated, the item must be shipped back to Invincible Toys for examination.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and Invincible Toys cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during transit. Any issues concerning lost or damaged items during shipping should be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Due to the extensive process of overseas or out of country shipping, returns are currently not offered unless specific authorization is given.

ITEM RETURN SPECIFICATIONS

Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use packing material to adequately protect the item(s).  Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this will result in no refund or replacement. If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packing your refund amount may be impacted.  

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued after the item(s) have been received and properly processed.  If possible, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  In cases where it is not possible, store credit will be issued. 
Credit Cards: Typically, 3-5 business days depending on your bank or institution. 
PayPal: PayPal states up to 30 days. 
Store Credit: Available immediately.
